Minuteman Missile National Historic Site is the only National Park Service unit dedicated to the events of the Cold War and the Minuteman II missile system’s role in nuclear deterrence. The site consists of three locations- the Visitor Center, Delta-01 Launch Control Facility and underground Launch Control Center, and the Delta-09 Launch Facility (missile silo).
